I will never purchase a motorola device again! the amount of spam texts recieved ,downloads w/out permission, no headphone jack, it began with the camera glitching and splitting my screen.save yourself from the 8.0 update because its downhill from there. camera use will now shut phone off when i attempt to take photos or freeze the device.im left w/ corrupted data and blank images. it rewrites over existing data.you cant download music w/out a music player.the battery has over a 2 month span caused me to purchase numerous wall ports and cords and battery life began to deteriorate. from 18%,43%,99% etc. phone no longer stays on unless plugged in 24/7.so i had to leave it at home 24/7.then it started to shut off and get stuck in a constant boot loop.i would have to do different patterns of force starting it through the developer menu. restart bootloader,view bootlogs,shut it off and repeat. keeping it unplugged for the night and attempting again its annoying as ever. ive been without my phone now for about a month with no use paying for verizon but not being able to get the phone to stay powered on anymore. all my half a55h data is on that. lenovo and motorola show a serious lack of concern or care and now its discontinued. you cant un-install the upgrade 8.0 the battery kicks rocks,the usb port now has a metal piece i have to push back together just to get a cord to stay in it. phone gets hot and is now useless. the software and hardware are pathetic. my samsing s6 (phone i had before this) has lasted me since 2015 got the droid in 2016 began using in 2020. im pretty good at figuring out issues with phones but this company is a joke. i have 57 days to find a new compatible device before google deletes my phone back up. your customer service team acts like they have no idea about the causes but in reality customers are a speck of dust in their eyes. phone and company are not worth anyones business.also my sim port broke icing on the cake for sure i have never had a phone with so many issues as i have with this one.

My Motorola z force has now gone crazy. I can not scroll up. It has this weird sound. I have to repeatedly strike down everything, to
get the phone to do anything. Once I open a icon. It will not scroll up or down. I can't answer a text. Make a call. This is my business as well as my personal phone. I can not lose anything on phone....help

My Motorola z force, for whatever reason suddenly stopped detecting sim card...I did every thing possible, even factory reset but problem still persists....how do I resolve this issue? And its running android 8....actually the problem started some few days fter I upgraded to android 8 but I don't know if its the OS update that's messing with it...thanks in advance

I bought this phone from moto maker when it came out and since day 1 it excessively overheats. Battery drains a % every minute it seems, maybe even less than a minute. Battery life is slightly over 1 hour from full charge, as stated in settings when you go to the battery section

Charging is 30w , not 15w as it's discribed in specifications. Updated to android 8 two months ago and there is no battery issues as some complaints, furthermore it became faster and I noticed nothing to complain.

phone is very durable and accessories are awesome. Camera is good enough for an older android. shatter proof screen is incredible.

Battery backup is a big issue and when using this mobile it heats alot specially in pakistan and asian countries, the best phone in motorola is moto Z3

The motorola z force is now obsulete, the main problem of motorola z force is battery timing issue and battery problem, battery drain very fast and battery also drain very fast on mobile data network

Edge+ is far too fragile, and has 25% less PPI on its phablet display panel than mine, and the Z Force it's successor. I wonder if there's a knock-off app that will give me my Moto gestures if I happen to choose another manufacturer next time

I've owned this phone for almost 4 years and it has been great. The only issue was when the battery wore out, causing it to shit down when it indicated still having plenty of charge. I replaced the battery and it was fine for next two years. It recently started shutting down again, so I just replaced the battery again today and it's good to go!
