ace66, 16 Feb 2011What is the difference b/w Motorolla PRO and Motorolla DROI... morePro only supports GSM networks, while Droid Pro supports BOTH CDMA & GSM networks, though the latter is only sold through Verizon Wireless in US as a LOCKED phone (though can be unlocked unofficially).
Sorry, no radio, though one can download an app call tune-in radio, which practically has most of the radio stations in the world.

Bought this phone about a month ago from verizon and had it unlocked locally. The unlock code on the Internet which I used do NOT work for middle eastern networks. The phone is excellent,fast and the keyboard smaller than the blackberry keyBoard but within days one will get used to it. I have replaced my blackberry 9780 with it but and it's a big but for me where I am on the phone the whole time the battery tends to drain quickly. I have a charger in the car,at home and the office. I guess if one switches to 2g it will also save on the battery.

Interesting, but while compare with blackberry 9700 (my current phone), I though this Motorola Pro will face some problem with its qwerty keyboard. Check it's demention, the Motorola pro has same size as blackberry, with bigger sceen will lead the smaller size keyboard. I wonder about how hard is this to using keyboard like this one.
I'm using bb 9700 and feel comfotable with its keyboard. Maybe with smaller keyboard, I have using nail to typing, rather than using finger.

Yes!! this is the type that I want....touchscreen with physical keypad + camera with autofocus and no slider ..Too bad droid pro is locked and not available in my country..definitely going for this...

Zeake, 14 Feb 2011lol they stole blackberry's UGLY keyboard buttons. Sad!Such isn't the first time Moto came out with a phone with qwerty on the bottom of the screen. Or else are you implying only BB can make phones with qwerty on the bottom of the screen?
If so, BB should not even make phones because Motorola made the first commercial used mobile phone before anyone else.

specification great. designed to my liking, physical keypad and touchpad.the keypad looks great. i dont really like large phones so the display size is just the right size for me. i am obsessed with this device.
lovely one and yea its the same as the xt610

What's the difference between this and an unlocked Pro xt610? Which normal sim cards work on it as well.
