I have used Nec21i for about one and half years and infact I have benefited a lot from the phone. But please now it has started developing problems.The problems are when ever I insert the charger it displays low temperature,it does not charge at all,so I thought it was the chargers fault so I decided to change both the barttery and the charger after replacing i found no changes.Please the most sudden part of the problem is the battery,when the phoner is switched on it automaticaly go off by it self.So please I need your help come to my aid thank you.

good day,i am from nigeria and i really like ur product especially the nec 2,but i have a problem with it ,i didn't want to right before after reading through but just had a change of mind.the problem is with the battery ,it dosen't last even up to a day even after full charging,initially i thought it was only mine but after meeting friends with the same problem, i then concluded it was the phone all over.pls can u kindly find a solution to it cause it is actually painting your product bad which is not good for business.secondly, about the problem of downloading,can you pls expantiate on how we could do so precisely because it is getting boring hearing the same thing often and often.well that is all and if these problems could be solved i think more buyers and fans would come.thank you bye.

It is so good for me to say that i like using necn21i but my only problem is on how to download both ringing tones and wallpapers to my Nec.please anybody can come help me

my kids played with my best phone N21i and they unknowingly changed my phone language so i can't do anything with my phone again. it is now displaying this (Even Geduld on the screen)pls can you helpme out

Just the same old problem, NO RINGTONES. I read in the manual that some ringtones/wallpapers could be downloaded through a "Special NEC website", but haven't been able to get in contact with the webpage.
Could someone concerned or connected help us all out with this problem?

i don"t have signal with my phone in all the area of my city,in other city i have very good signal..i even go whith him in service..they tell me that the phone works well and they dont know how to fix the problem...pless send me am e-mail if you know something about my problem..By

i also like nec product, but i have problem with mine (NECn21i)at apoint i did"nt see my ring tone again my phone only vibrate,when ever i receive a call, all the wallpaper,and the animation has gone just in one day pls im writing for you to do something about it my number is 2348037354705. thanks

I have this phone.
I bought it last year it's very
strong phone ... the guarantee will be over after 1 or 2 months (1 year guarantee)
I want to ask can I download polyphonic melodies with DATA CABLE ... I will buy now DATA CABLE for this phone and I want to know can I do this thing, also I will buy a 2nd LI-ION original battery for Nec N21i
If some man knows this thing, please post here I want to download more 16 tonal poliphonic melodies ... becouse there are less than 10 polyphonic melodies for this phone ... with classical music I want something modern - Techno or any other kind of melodies ... that I want to download with my feature DATA CABLE for NEC n21i ...

just got my nec n21i bout three months ago.the gprs works but i cant download ringtones or wallpapers,which makes the phone boring for me.i need to know how to get ringtones and other fun stuff on my phone

my problem too is about downloading ringtones which i find quiet difficult to do. what are the ways and possible options to get this done.The battery does not seem to last a whole day even if you don't get to receive or make calls.

I have only recently bought my NEC N21i and I have to say I'm very possitive about it. It looks very nice, is very user friendly and has a lot of possibilities. My only problem is that the battery dries out in about 16 hours, even if I don't use the phone. I bought a new battery but this has the same problem. Can anyone tell me how to solve this problem. The technical specs say the battery should have a stand-by time of around 6 days and not 16 hours!!! Can someone explain or give a sollution.
Otherwise, great telephone!!

A have a NEC n21i and I lose all ring tones and backgrounds (phone only vibrate, and in memory not exist any melody), and my SERVICE icon is locked.
Exist any chance to put tones on them or unlocked my SERVICE icon. Thank you beforehand!Apologize for my bad english.
