this phone keeps freezing and the screen doesn't respond, which prompt you to hard restart then it freezes at XOS Honeybee. infinix why are you messing me up especially on a friday.

To this date in January 2020, the Zero 5 pro is still using the Android 7. The only update they did was UI (the skin on top of the android). To my surprise since I got the phone on the cheap due to passing of time. I was also wondering my Zero 5 pro did a 3 back-to-back software update which I was asking why don't they just jump to the latest one. And the only difference I noted was update in UI from XOS Hummingbird (3.0) to XOS HoneyBee (4.0)

My Zero 5 pro has stopped working just after using it for a year of service. The touch is responding and they have not upgraded android to the better version.
I am opting out of Infinix forever

considering the zero series to be most expensive in the infinix brand, no android version update is ironical
