Anyone trying to get this phone should be trying to get an LG V60 or the LG G8. This phone is pretty much in the grave already. Meanwhile the V60 will continue to feel like a flagship even 3 years from now.

Guys I purchased this device White version with Gold frame as an alternative device. The design was stunning. So handy and compact when compared to other devices.
Stunned by its performance that it can almost run anything it throw at it while my another HTC 10 not able to handle even some mid task.

It's been years since the last time I done it on an older phone and it's a rabbit hole of info. I tried with my LG G5's and that was a pain and pretty undoable since I think the bootloader was locked.
Hoping the G6 is easier. I have the H870K stuck on Android 7 and H870DS android 9 but I'm ok to leave that on 9, the Android 7 phone seems to run a lot laggier and misses some of the features from Android 9.

This phone is the monitor of my drones. Does a good job. In 2023 still a good looking phone. IP68 + mil std. I have an europe dual sim version with the last update android 7. There are android9 roms for this phone, but the user have to search for it and flash it manually.

I've owned one of these for two years now and I still love it. I'm a stickler for pixel-density and this phone is still better than a flagship in that respect. Battery life is still decent, and for a 6-year-old phone, lag is very minimal. The other great things is that it only looks (and behaves) half its age; LG was ahead of the curve when it came to the design on this one.
