I bought this mobile on dec 2014 on my birthday for 13.5K on offer...2gb ram..32gb internal storage..but lesser battery power..The mobile become sluggish after storage crossing 20 gb of data...The welcoming screen of canvas gold was impressive still cant forget those memories...5.5inch was still great deal in market..Most Strongest mobile i ever had...Thanku Micromax...

please don't buy any of the micromax product ! i bought thus phonebaround 20 k in 2014 now in 2018 i want to change the battery but no one is getting the phone to change it worst service center shaane on this move

I have been using the Micromax canvas Gold A300 since February 2015. It is working flawlessly since then. The camera is the best I have come across in a mobile. The video quality is awesome. The phone has never ever been sluggish. I want to upgrade , but this phone just continues to work without any problems and does not give me an excuse to upgrade!

Very very less internal storage. Including gsmarena many websites are not giving any clear description on this. They saying internal storage is 32 GB. But only less than 2GB is available. Balance storage is act as external storage. And we cant use many important apps in external storage.
32 GB cant use as internal storage. Repaired after 1 year. Till that good performance.
Excellent screen display and camera.

3 time volume damege and no update next download update interrupted fail and totaly hang phone

i am from Azerbaidjhan . i üant to sey that never buy micromax phones - reallyif u have one of model to be crazy have alot of problems . service is not working normal- how can i say laying to people

Truly speaking.... The worst phone ever seen.....!!
Can be thrown in dustbin... And even dustbin won't accept it...!!
Please don't buy any of the Micromax phones..!!
Worst battery backup... Got issues in just 3 months. Battery don't last upto even 1hr with Internet...!!
And even the service costs are too high then market rates..!!
Never ever buy any Micromax canvas gold A300. Even gold gets devalued by seeing this Micromax Gold..!!
Not at all acceptable...!! Didn't expected this..!!

Signal comes and goes at its own will..sometimes signal not comes till restart it... Battery goes down .... heating as much as tea pot....Internal memory for apps is very low...camera is ok..most important touch screen is better than other branded phone...but I do not wish to buy micromax products due to signal problem only....

My gold is not switching on since last 3 days and from 6 months its front camera lost it's visual quality absolutely. Plz anybody help me. I'm about to throw my phone in garbage bin. Yes i am agreed with everybody...... Don't go for mircomax in future.

The authorised agent for Micromax in Chennai says this is no longer in production hence spare parts will not be available. The Micromax agent in my own country refused to open the sealed body. There is no option to introduce an external memory card. I am going to buy a different brand since travelling to India to repair, with no assurance is not cost effective.

The authorised agent in Sri Lanka is not able to repair since it is complicated to open the sealed phone. Telephoned Chennai Micromax service centre who say this is no longer manufactured. Hence parts may not be available even if brought to India. I am disappointed. No compensation what so ever for the trust I placed in this company

Do not buy this worst Phone, due to 5.5 inch display and its functioning applications at the time, batter gets low very fast which is not good for a smartphone, battery should be at least 3900 mAH because you can not change your battery due to its inbuilt system. Network connectivity also comes and go by his own will. however,it has given higher configuration in good price.

Hi folks, I was planning to buy a high end Samsung phone, but I couldn't find a good one in the nearby store, then I searched online but the price was beyond my budget. Then finally I got it, Micromax Canvas gold A300. I bought it through Amazon for INR 13.5 K two years back. Let me tell you, this is real gold in every respect. Perhaps the best handset made by Micromax. It has got everything, astonishing looks, great metal body, very large screen with super clarity, super sound, and the camera, it's simply awesome !!!!. I had bought a nikon coolpix 21 MP camera earlier, but believe me, the pictures taken by this phone is much much better than in Nikon. Later I sold my camera as it was useless for me. The picture clarity is even better than iphone 6 which costs more than 5 times. Superfast in performance.The more I tell about it, the less it will be. I bought two more units later for my wife and sister. All are happy. Thank you micromax for this master piece.

Worst phone at this price tag, worst connectivity through all means 2G, 3G, WiFi, USB, all have different problem every time, storage is problem, screen brightness is problem, volume is problem, touch sensitivity is problem,
Signal comes and goes at its own will, phone is more of a zombie and ghost mix

Its very bad phone... Within 1 year the problem start such as heating, hanging. Display problm. Now after 1 year its mother board damaged.. Very disappointed with this phone... Dont busy it.....

In today's competitive market scenario Micromax has become old fashion and it also doesn't have many service centers. The few so called service centers fail to provide good service let alone proper TAT time. I have been using Micromax canvas gold for quite some time and the WIFI is absolutely disgusting in terms of connectivity. The Ram has become old fashion and fails to keep pace with many android updates. The devise gets hot regourously. Micro Max devices will only give dissatisfaction and it is highly recommended to show your back to all Micromax products.
You suck big time !!
