I have had it since 2020, Had it for 4 years. It worked perfectly only problem was i needed more storage, if you use it for heavy use its good. lags a bit but its amazing for the price battery needs to be changed like maybe every 3-4 years i think mine wasn't charging well last month, currently it is broken since i have dropped it over 67 times, One was off a elevator was in perfect condition though cheap but strong. definitely recommend especially if you don't want to spend over 700$ on a apple phone like me. also camera quality was good for the first year but after a while you could see the pixels and stopped being a good quality camera, recording is the same. switching to a Samsung A13 in the next week just because i cant find anywhere with a price that matches my price range buying it used, but overall Moto should be a amazing phone for your kids or collage students

This phone is alright, the only problem I have is the performance and battery but it's good, and I'm grateful that I have a phone.

Really good phone if this is your first phone. I've had it for a little over 2 years and it's working okay. It's starting to show it's age

This phone was moderately durable but it boot looped on me 2 times so i would not recommend getting this phone because for a gigabyte of more ram for much cheaper you can go get a BLU View 2 (B131DL) which even though it is cheap has a removeable battery but this phone does not and The BLU View 2 has no boot loop issues

Low RAM, kills apps a lot.
Reboots randomly especially during use of FM radio.

Probably, someo... moreThe Motorola Moto E is such a good phone it was and still is my main phone it was my first Brand New smartphone the only thing I dislike about this phone is the fact that it only has 2 gigabytes of ram other than that this is a good phone.

The snapdragon 632 is amazing for the price but the pairing of android 10 and now 11 was well beyond the ram capabilities leading to constant memory swapping. This should be the Go version or maybe even android 9. If you are capable of flashing a new operating system this phone is probably a great value, otherwise, stay far away.

This phone probably will be updated at least to android 11. Tracfone for last 2 years have started giving at least 1 android update to the next version so why do you all put down a
phone they are basically giving to you? I guess you all are going to develop your own phone
and give me one for free because this is just all the fuss you all are talking about.
Compared to older Tracfone's and it's cost, Tracfone is moving in a better direction now because it wants to stay competitive with all the other MVNO's out there giving good service
and cost value to their plans!

It is an awful phone. You have to reset it so often in order to reconnect to internet.

Terrible phone. Size feels wrong, falls out of my hands and pockets, screen goes black all the time with no way to reset or turn off because you have to tap an on-screen button that you CANT SEE to turn it off! Battery dies super fast when you aren't even using the phone at all, people always complain they can't hear me... My old moto e lasted 6 years, and this hasn't even made it 1 and I need a replacement. Don't buy.

Am I the only one who finds the naming of their phone confusing? It went from the Moto E5, then E6, then E7, but then in the middle is just the "E". Same goes with the G series.
