Samsung Galaxy Book4 Edge pricing leaks

Ever since Qualcomm announced its Snapdragon X Elite ARM-based chips for Windows on ARM laptops there has been sort of a race to the finish line from manufacturers to put out actual products with the chip. Samsung might be the first across said line with its Galaxy Book4 Edge line. We already had some specs and rough pricing for the 14-inch model, but now thanks to a Swedish retailer, we have a better overall picture.

The Galaxy Book4 Edge will be available in a 14-inch and 16-inch size variant. According to the store listing, the 14-inch model will be priced at SEK 20,927.00 (approx. $1,952 / €1,791), while the 16-inch model will cost SEK 22,085.00 (approx. $2,060 / €1,890). Both prices are for 16GB RAM and 512GB storage models in Arctic Blue color. We aren’t sure if there will be other storage and RAM versions at the moment.

In terms of early specs, we expect a 3K AMOLED display, two USB Type-C ports, one full-sized HDMI port and a 3.5mm audio jack. The 16-inch model is also expected to have one USB-A port and a microSD card reader. Also, a 61.8 Wh battery that promises up to 22 hours of runtime. It is also interesting to note that the keyboard has a Copilot key.

Crazy pricing for a 'laptop'. Better to wait for the dust to settle than be an early adopter, there will be problems in the beginning; some hardware, some software. Linux should be an option in lieu of Windows OS.
