My verykool S400 phone does not go on. it is stuck on S400 and won´t go on. What could it be?

I have one, cheap, fast and easy to use.
powerful with two chips (open Line) I think is a good option if you don't need spend money in one Galaxy and you are looking a good android with 5 mgpx camera back and 2 frontal.
Cons: you need download one sound for the call sound, and unchecked the increase volume option in the clock because it doesn't have a high sound by default.
but is totally configurable and has guaranty if you buy it in Suburbia (Mexico) 1 year is a good agreement.
I had less than 1 month but it is working well.

Just received this phone and I love it. What I like most it's the internal memory.
