Like (US XT1103, UK XT1100, france or other )??
Is all same software languages??

I hope you're not serious about the €=$ thing, we are paying 810.46/871.78$ for the nexus in europe and that's excluding much higher taxes... this won't sell in here

649 EUR/699 EUR IS NOT, by any means, same as 649 USD / 699 USD... by no means. Taxes are higher in Europe than in USA (or maybe some others countries in the world)- and, besides that, EURO is a much stronger currency than USD. 699 USD is no more than 560 EUR so it's quite obviously that 699 EUR is much more than 700 USD.
