Anonymous, 13 Nov 2014It's thin because it uses a small 2,250mah battery.Samsung galaxy alpha is almost DOUBLE the thickness and only has 1800 mAh ... Nevertheless it has quite acceptable battery Life. It all comes to SoC Power consumption and manufacturer optimizations

Anonymous, 13 Nov 2014I'm guessing this will definitely "Bend". loll Not if its steel skeleton is properly designed.. Try bending a phone sized 1.5mm thickness steel plate with your bare hand.. Study engineering first and then talk.

why dont use old Nokia 2.5mm jack? its not like you gonna get way better sound using microUSB or Apple lighting, its pure marketing. so why we dont move to smaller connector like 2.5mm mini jack?

AnonD-330646, 13 Nov 2014Actually, according to both caliper photos, it is somewhere... moreThe second caliper image could be read as 3.75mm, but is does not fit well with the claim of keeping the 3.5mm jack. So either that should have been 2.5mm, or something is faked somewhere...

I hope they don't screw it up with a protruding camera lens, it would be a total eye sore on such a thin device.
