My Nexus 4 got updated to Android 5.0 thru OTA today. The update took around 30 minutes to complete. I live in Hosur, India and have Airtel network.

aatri , 23 Nov 2014what is the process of side loading and how to perform You will need to setup android sdk on ur desktop/laptop and download the OTA zip from google for nexus 4. There are various videos on youtube which explain the process.

eagerly waiting for Lolipop updated.No result then updated in nexus 4 to lolipop without any interruption followed below youtube link:

Now nexus 4 runs smoothly.I waste the time for waiting OTA.several time i reset the nexus 4 and doing GSF, not result.its takes 15 mins.

I also tried the gsf trick got the update on 19 midnight
and started downloading but it stopped in the middle and after that shows my device is up to date i am still on stock 4.4.4 and after that still tried the trick but no luck..
