So the rep we have that works for Samsung says the galaxy S6 will be out in Australia January 16. As he works for there mobile phone department I want to take his word on this as being true. have to wait and see.

I also with everyone on the QHD screen its pointless ,dimmer,power hungary and hammers the GPU.
They need a refresh of design as we all know what spec will be.The biggest downer in todays monoblock phones is design and battery

samsung ur smartphone price z goin north of apple now... dont u become apple part 2... we dont want folded-scolded screen, we just want a normal phone with decent price tag which can perform well, never lag and has a good battery backup...

And just like the Note Edge, both will be priced into the realm of Apple, and I will be truly surprised if they even sold half as well as the S5 did.

The most likely specifications of S6:
-QHD screen resolution (unfortunately)
-Snapdragon 810
-Optical Image Stabilization
-Android 5
-somewhere around 3000mAh battery
-3GB RAM
In other words, the newest phone in Galaxy S series is always just a smaller version of current Galaxy Note, with the recent processor.
(So as S5 = Note 3, S6 = Note 4 .)
There are only little difference between the last year's Galaxy Note and current Galaxy S phone.
So you can be sure in these specs. When the S6 will be released, remember to this comment. I'll quote it as a new post at the article of the announcement of S6.
