                  http://www.gsmarena.com/htc_desire_620_goes_official_in_taiwan_with_midrange_specs-news-10346.php

"The latest mid-range handset from HTC will be available in Taiwan on December 1. The Snapdragon 410 model will cost TWD $6,990 (about $225), while the MediaTek version will be priced at TWD $4,990 (around $161)"

I hope they cost the same in other countries

                    replaceable battery?
                    ok, you have my attention.
that's a positive improvement over last year's Desire 610 with its stupid non-removable battery.

Very good specs for the low-end device. But it has to match, and maybe even beat Moto G in price. If it'll be in €150 range, then it'll be successful.

It will cost €250,- here in the Netherlands.

In other words: overpriced peace of junk with a poor Snapdragon 410 soc, only 1 gb of ram and 8GB internal storage (seriously what the hell), not to mention the colossal abhorrent bezels and utrustworthy software update policy. (Lollipop hasn't even been confirmed for this device!)

I've never seem to understand why buying a new midrange device when in 99% of the cases the last years' high-end devices like LG G2 or an almost equally priced Z1 compact offer WAY more bang for buck.

Not really a fan of the new colours, I think the navy blue desire 610 looks better.
