Redmi 1s have 1.6ghz but redmi2 have 1.2ghz. Redmi2 may be give hanging issue because low processor...

5" 1080p hd display would be perfect instead of 4.7" 720P display as we get in redmi 1s & last but not the least battery should be around 2600mah Li-poly

this phone is just a CPU updated phone, not a new phone. It is like Hongmi 1 -> 1S -> this or Samsung Note 4 Snapdragon 805 -> 810. I bet it will equip with MIUI 6 (Lollipop).
I was expecting Hongmi Note 2 rather than this.

At least 2 GB RAM? Guys, don't make me laugh. It's not the amount of the RAM, it's how the OS uses it. Using misunderstandings like Java for writing programs is one big excuse for increasing the OS requirements about the hardware. In fact, none of the Android app are fully optimized for the hardware and why the developers would optimize them, when there is "a powerfull hardware with fast CPUs and big amount of RAM"
Try to study the problem, before making such statements, because they look like copy-pasted.

Xiaomi Redmi 1S, is one of a shit**** phone mostly because of MIUI OS as it consumes a large amount of RAM which makes the phone slow and when the phone gets slow (starts to lag) then it takes much more time to complete a task, due to that the processor runs at full speed, therfore generating heat and battery draining faster. In terms of physics, a slower car will take longer time to reach from point A to point B and in the process, burning fuel while a faster car will get the job done in the same track in less time without burning much fuel. This phone looks very much like Redmi 1S, so it's a possible succesor. It's having 1 GB RAM so I guess this too will turn out to be a laggy phone. Xiaomi must make MIUI 6 update for Redmi 1S somewhat light and less RAM hungry so it can run without lagging on the phone and Xiaomi must push this update to this phone as well if it's not coming with it already. . By the way, in future there's gonna be 64 bit apps offering much more functionalities than 32 bit apps which will require more RAM so I don't think 1 GB RAM is a good combination with 64 bit but it's okay for, say 1 year as it will take some time for Androi

Really, it's very good news of the day. If it is 100 dollars phone then Xiaomi will be market leader in 2015. Good hardware, good specs, good pricing will be appreciated everywhere so much. My congratulations to Xiaomi for happy new year 2015 ! !!
