Nazmul Hossain, 16 Jan 2015Im in Saudi Arabia. Getting lollipop update today :) I got it in uae today and upgraded but really shock to know that Guest Mode and shortcut of Quick memo does not work in new OS😞

LG aren't slow at releasing updates, they are among the first to get 5.0 out to users!
P.S, update has seeded out to SIM free devices now in the UK

Just downloaded lollipop on my LG G3, which is on EE but bought unlocked.
Absolutely no problems and makes the phone run even smoother!!

DKS, 13 Dec 2014Still Android 5.0 update has not arrived in India, I just t... moreNo word on it... Supposed to be rolled out before the end of year... Hopefully we get it on or before Christmas...LG absurd and very slow in releasing updates... They have always been slow it was the same way back in the days of the LG optimus line of phones too... Can't really expect that to change overnight...
You can install it yourself... Device need not be rooted

Really!!! People, however, could download the new android easily all around the world. Even who that not have g3 phones, could flash g3 android version and flash it on their phones
