BlackBerry is offering the same product with keyboard it did 7 years ago. What makes them think people would make a step backward to the old fashioned keyboard phones?

Didnt exactly sell out fast now did it? I been using blackberry most of this year and my impression was always that those who wanted trackpad are just the loudest, not by any means a majority. many of the same people also wanted ONLY trackpad and no touchscreen, obviously these people are ingrown toenails and not an important or significant customer group, BB should never have listened to them, once they start using the Classic they will complain that it has BB10 OS instead of OS 7, its impossible to please people who always looking for an excuse to keep on doing the same tasks in the same way for ever, they will always find something wrong that isnt what they are used to. And still, what are the chances of such a person upgrading anyway, since they are obviously afraid of new things and new ways?

Classic will fail, people will admire it and say its nice to see a "new" classic BB but far the most of them will not buy it.

It just goes to highlight the bad manufacturing estimates, logistics and distribution channels. What are the actual international specs for this device, and its real price.

Since Samsung is the only one who seems to be losing profits, one can only conclude that Samsung is losing customers everywhere, including to Blackberry.

I don't know how impressive a statistic is - it's hard to know how many stock they allocated in the first place.

I can't find anywhere in my country except for importing it from overseas - and that's $710 ($580 USD).

Hopefully when it's a bit more widely available, it won't be so expensive. I guess I might be waiting a few months..
