Eske Rahn, 12 Jan 2015Diversity is a good thing! Indeed different people need ... moreI fully agree. Now even entry-level/budget phones are coming in 4.5" and above. It's stupid. And 4.7" is called 'mini'. What a joke. Even Apple blew their own 'perfect size' 4" iPhone, when they could've released their iPhone 6 in 3 sizes.

No Fan Boy...!, 11 Jan 2015Well it depends on person to person...! I cannot us small ... moreDiversity is a good thing!

Indeed different people need different devices.
Some got small hands other got large hands, some got poor eyesight others got good eyesight, some got good hand motor skills, others don't. So why does all manufacturers seem to go for the same type???

Currently only large devices are made (except mediocre speced ones) and that is too bad.

Not even a single 3Gb FHD phone less than 65mm wide.
The closest we can get is 69mm wide, where a few Chinese ones exists:
            http://www.gsmarena.com/results.php3?nWidthMax=69&nRamMin=3000&nDisplayResMin=2073600
            Most are beyond 72mm

Image if it was cars, and all we could get was huge SUVs, or some crappy entry level stuff...

None of these are real standouts, introducing new relevant software, or secure systems. It is about time manufactures and software makers stepped up to the mark and realise that most of the worlds population do not spend all day wasting their time playing games in particular.

Zenfone 2 @ $199 easily the most tempting phone.

Overall best? Probably the LG G Flex2 based on its specs.

Personal favorite: Zenfone Zoom @ $399. pretty awesome.

Anonymous, 11 Jan 2015It's 2015. Using small screened devices is not comfortable ... moreLike it or not, people have different preferences. Who are you to tell them what is comfortable or not. Maybe one day when you grow up and enter the real world you'll have a better perspective. Until then, be quiet and let the grown ups talk.

Good cameras sure, but everything else meeeh. SD 801 was outdated the day that it was released. Even low end mediatek chips (MT6752) murder it. Huge bezels, thick, ugly. Dead on arrival.
