Nokia is best as compared to Samsung because Samsung have no power to launch any phone except android with the help of google.... if Samsung I best then they have to launch phones based on other OS

Good idea.. Environment friendly.. Phones need not necessary be new.. As far i understand, phones should have longer life - i dont really find a reason to update hardware every now and then.. Windows phones are better in this area.

Or, you could just buy a brand new unlocked Lumia 920 for $215. http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/search?Ntt=lumia+920&N=0&InitialSearch=yes&sts=ma&Top+Nav-Search=
I would never buy a refurbished phone, and certainly not one limited only to the Verizon network.
