I think I'll give the 435 a go if it makes it to my region..
That's always a bit of an unknown, unfortunately.

Why are people so hostile over a 4'' display I have no idea, it's not like a 6-inch display makes typing any better than on a 5-inch display.
I think Microsoft/Nokia makes amazing budget phones that actually feel and function like they'd last more than two years.

Oh thank God 4" phones are still being made. Though there also needs to be 4" mid-range and high-end phones. There are already so many choices for 5" phones, but some giant phone lovers are still ungrateful.

You know what makes me love Microsoft and Nokia? They always think about lower earners and less develop nation for affordable and usable phones than wicked and selfish targeted of high earners and developed nations by aim by Apple Company. So I often don't call Apple Company as company that have people on heart.

I like it, because it is going to be dirty cheap but the UI and the apps will be smooth and the camera will rock!

Unnecessary addition to the low-end WP range. There's already 5 or 6 devices (depending on how old a device we'll accept) down there; give us a bloody flagship!

Anonymous, 12 Jan 2015*yawn* we are microsoft, we think cheap will get us back on... moreThe majority of mobile sales worldwide are low-end.. so yeah, they're just going for the money.
Would be nice to see another flagship though.

The success of this phone depends entirely on its price.

It can be a nice basic phone.
consider if priced below USD60, and come with 2000mah battery for 4.0inches.
great battery life side phone, yet equipped with Nokia Here GPS Navigation.
