i have purchase a mobile lg-f320l ,but at this time its touch is not properly work, i have send my mobile in indian lg service center, but service center is unable to provide service my this mobile , so please solve my problem,

I have the F320K variant with a 4.4 Kitkat android version.I tried updating it to a newer version via "Software Update" but it keeps giving me this error that says "Could not connect to Update-server. Please check connection and try again". I have my phone connected to the internet but this method doesn't seem to work and it still keeps giving me this message. I'm wondering if any of you guys here had done and accomplished a procedure in upgrading older versions of the F320K models to newer ones. Here's my Email, monroid_ralph@yahoo.com.ph . All response and help will be highly appreciated.
