Sorry but no proc can beat the Snapdragon 810 from Qualcomm at the moment, the most powerfall and fastest of them all... Every soc is owned by this beast... So i don't believe it is slower the SOny's Z2 or Xiamomi's piece of shit which are not fully packed with the latest of the lates in hardware like The One M9 will have fom HTC...

It cannot *possibly* be a mediatek. Mediatek soc are the fastest in the world. The best Antutu Score for 2014 was MX4 (MT6595 based phone), MT6795 would only top that.
HTC never uses top of the line SoCs so I don't expect them to use Mediatek, too rich for their blood. Seriously only "Snap"Dragons are as slow as this chart, or a mid-end chip ... I dunno.

If any other mobile OS was billed on JAVA they will need extra RAM and processing power to make up for the memory dump. I've even use windows phone with less RAM and slower processor that does not lag. Not to mention the fact that Android is a resource heavy OS.

The (silent) majority of Android users are ignorant to technical specs, don't know any better and (usually) don't care. They're the folks whom use their "smartphone" like it's a dumbphone. Only for calls and texts. Which works just fine on these cheap Android phones (too). So why would they be angry?

It should be obvious by now that no matter what brand (yes, EVEN Windows Phones)
CHEAP = SLOW!

No file manager, no call recording, multitasking is more limited, you can't install apps locally outside Windows Market etc...
Sure, iOS is no better. So for me WP is (the same as) iOS with less apps (from that "other" company).
But then again they're all the same... thieves and robbers!
