Then you should havee seen some LG phones with Scandinavian UI languages, until very recently not even on the level of babelfish 15 years ago. The Chinese are progressing faster than the Koreans did when they were at that level, Chinese phones are already working quite satisfying, Samsung didnt get to that level before as recent as 2011. Samsung Corby 2009-2010? Not much worked at all. Galaxy S anno 2010? Cant remember anything that actually worked as expected, also very few of the existing Android apps at the time worked, and even with todays latest firmware and all patches installed the Galaxy S GPS will still tell you to make a 90 degree turn into a solid mountain side when going straight forward in 130 kmh on the expressway with no upcoming exit for the next 15 kilometers.

The lesser brands need to change things to make that really big break. Poor UI English is unacceptable to Europeans for example. Having said that, Huawei is definitely the best of the Chinese brands with a much better overall package, so to some extent I agree with you on that...I was more thinking about the other lesser known companies which I should have made clear. I am keen to see what this new P8 offers...

Looks like it's going to be as uncomfortable to hold in hand as the P7 is. :(

No Chinese company will make it in Europe or US until they sort out the Chinglish and UI, plus regional support not "send it to China".

Thank god it says it's a phone both in the front and the back.
Otherwise the regular folk like me wouldn't know what to do with it.

According to images it is at least 5.5 inches. It looks bigger than 5.2 inches bit why "Phone" is written on the device ? Shouldn't it be Huawei ?
