People are not able to hear me on call. Poor touch. Mic not Working on the ear phones.Charger plug getting overly heated. God darn, why did I buy this phone

I am facing big problem, I will not suggest any one to buy this(hTC Desire 526G+) phone. It is getting overheated just talking of 5-10 minutes

And check the battery spec, 9 hrs talktime.. It is too low for an andriod phone
