AnonD-146024, 06 Feb 2015If Apple has a figerprint senser in the Home button, samsun... moreI'm going to go ahead and guess that you've never had a Samsung device that has a fingerprint scanner, simply based on the fact that you said you had to disable it.

It doesn't come pre-enabled. You have to go through the set up process after the fact. It doesn't even prompt to set up the finger print scanner during initial set up.

If the S6 comes with no Snapdragon chip... It's useless... Not worth buying... I'll continue with my S4 till they make another one with a Snapdragon processor...

S6 flagship with no Snapdragon = Fail!

Snapdragon processor have more stable features and functionality than any other processor... They just work...

If they don't wanna use the S810... Then use S805 or S815...

The home backed Exynos is just BS...No developer support, produces high benchmarks but real life performance it's plain BS...

    Snapdragon just works...

          ...and a protruding price

I don't mind protruding camera, as long as it's fake with the gigantic bezels ;-(
I mean, it was possible to minimize them with the S4, which is a 2 year old phone and so many components are smaller now. Why those bezels, looks like the S3 ;(

Joel, 06 Feb 2015Still hardware keys? Blargh! I feel as if I would've wante... moreWhy dont people like buttons? Do you prefer having them on screen and eat some of the screen? Or when you simply want to go back or to the menu you have to swipe up to get the keys? Or when you grab it from your pocket you can click the menu button right when you grab the phone and switch the screen on without having to press the on/off button thats on the side. Its the simple things that matter. And hardware keys are good.

If 107.32mm on the schematic is the length of the display then at 16:9 and square pixels it corresponds to a diagonal of 4.85" which is too small to be believable.

I feel as if I would've wanted it to be more rectangular, don't really care for the rounded edges...

AnonD-4340, 06 Feb 2015It applies to you too and anyone else lame enough to mentio... moreYeah, 'cause technology hasn't changed over the last few years. Technology of the Atrix wasn't close to that of the iPhone (and neither is anything else on the market according to Motorola, who decided not to include fingerprint scanner of Nexus 6, due to the fact that Apple bought up the best provider on the market). I'm just saying it's not something Apple started, so allthough improving it immensely, they still copied the idea of having one in the first place (or rather, it wasn't an "entirely new feature" just a better implementation of it).

At least you didn't try to defend your comment on the protruding camera. Credit to you there.

(Btw, I don't have Samsung myself anymore, so I'm not a Samsung fanboy, though you've been good enough not to jump to that conclusion. Another point in your favour.)

BobMerlin: I dont need airbag in my car, look now when i crash into that upcoming overspeeding 18 wheeler, i hurry and blow up this balloon i borrowed from my baby brother and i am just as safe as if i had an airbag! And everyone else is stupid, everyone except me!

"Nevertheless, the phone will measure 6.91mm, and not 7.2mm, as previously believed."

no, the previous one, was for case makers, which will be thick enough to stop camera from getting damaged
so, phone is 6.91, in the most part, in the camera part i guess it is ~7.15

S Voice - fine, didn't like it much, though in the beginning it was better than Google Voice. There are tons of different assistent apps for Android too, though. Still, there has been voice activated assistents in sci-fi movies for decades - are we surprised to see them in phones when technology catches up?

To even mention the protruding camera just makes you stupid, mate (unless you were trolling). Samsung Galaxy SII had it in 2011 (this was before iPhone 6/6+ actually) so did SGSIII, SGS4, SGS5, SG Alpha and as far as I know, so did Note 2, Note 3 and Note 4.

Or hey, what about HTC One X from 2012 (also before iPhone 6/6+ btw). Or why stop there - how about Nokia N900 from 2009? That's FIVE YEARS before iPhone 6/6+.

Silly people are silly. (Oh, and don't take it personally, mate - there're lots of you in this thread to whom this applies.)

If Apple has a figerprint senser in the Home button, samsung has to have one. Doesn't matter even if Samsung can only have a shitter one which is soo irritating that I had to turn it off on day 1.

If Apple has Siri, samsung can't do wothout S voice.

If Apple has round bezels, Samsung have to have one even those don't go with their design language.

If Apple has protuding camera, next flagship is most likely to have one even though it is one of most stupidious thing Apple has ever done.
