establish its own design of cpu they cut half of price qualcom trash cpu

Anonymous, 18 Feb 2015compare with Tegra's X1, Snapdragon 810 is one generation behind. But the X1 chipset is still so f***ing expensive!!!
How do you expect OEMs to lower the cost without increasing the Final Product's price?
Qualcomm's SD810 is still feasible in terms of price and productivity.... unless you want a smartphone with X1 but all else with poor specs at the price of more than $500?

Going nack to Sammy!I own a galaxy tab s t705 expensive! Actually I did come from 3 other sammu tabs,...I was pretty satisfied with tab 3 (8 inches) intel processors...
SO I THOUGHT, THIS 3GB OCTACORE SUPER AMOLED WITH DOUBLE HD SCREEN MUST BE A KILLER!
UNFORTUNATELY I WAS VERY WRONG: LAGGY,
It crashes and won't restart (does not allow me to switch off and again on,... After a while, it works again, games such as real racing have frame jumps, gt racing is unfortunately not drivable at all ( car starts but the The steering does not run or runs alone) disappointed! I WISH I BOUGHT A SONY TAB Z2 OR Z3!CHEE

I bought LG G2 because of its great battery life and just the right size although it's tipping into a phablet region. With G3, they not only increase the screen size but bump also the resolution making it a power hog and a typical PHABLET abnormally sized phone. And if they keep the same thing with G4, I will never think of LG anymore, hope they keep G4 with 5" screen and 1080p, now if they really want to up the specs they can have G4+ with 5.7" and 2K ro 3K display, it's a simple strategy and Apple did it well.

We would see than in note 5 also but just a more precise architecture...
No one calling that copying???? If Samsung did this, we would have got 50+ comments saying Sammy coping again and that rubbish.. Still, snapdragon end is coming... Samsung started working on own GPU so even lg might get own GPU in a year or two..

Nice to see that each phone manufacturer is putting some work into the phone and not just assembling it, although having a specialized proc manufacturer would yeild better results...???

The LG G3 outperformed the S5 in what way besides looks and maybe software? but that is a matter of preference. It's not as good a performer, nor is it half as durable, it's screen is debatable and its coupled with poor battery life. While I applaud LG for their last 2yrs of contributions I still remember the dreaded G2x etc. I think their bezels are to thin and it makes their phones very fragile and vulnerable, the G2 and G3 are proof of this.. I look forward to what every OEM brings to the table but, it's hard to say everyone of them has not made 2 steps forward and a few steps backward.
