Wouldn't make more sense if the Vaio smartphones run Windows OS? Sony onced rumored to release a Windows Phone, as well as a FireFox OS smartphones. while Xperia runs Android, Vaio runs Windows OS and another line running Firefox OS.

VAIO's is going to presumably be running fully stock Lollipop. I'm aware that Sony has AOSP ROMs for the Xperia line, but that requires a bootloader unlock. This one doesn't.

Whats the point?i like the name though... but same design? Then just dont make a phone....its gonna be repetitive In desgn.plus sony are not really improving their software..its always the camera...there are no value adds and no real multitasking. Gonna be the same..
