It looks Samsung has finally been able to out smart iPhone in every department.keeping an iphone6 side by side with Samsung galaxy S6, I think iphone6 will not only fail but also faint next to S6.

I really honestly don't see the quality in these pictures. I must be just spoilt with the quality of shots the Microsoft/Nokia/Lumia phones take. Even my secondary phone Lumia 830 (I'm beta testing Win10 for phone), has better shots from the 10Mpx camera.

What about Camera2 API implementation ? Does S6 offers compatibility with it ?

The official images are taken under perfect lighting conditions, precisely calculated angles and probably by experienced photographers.
The test photos by gsmarena however show the real deal which is good, but not that impressive.

Still hard to beat the 41mp Beast Huge Image Sensor Lumia 1020.
waiting for Lumia 1030, hopefully by China company who produce the Nokia N1 Tablet.

No improvement over the Galaxy S5 camera. In fact, it is a shameful downgrade. The photos are very noisy and have inconsistent focus.
