      That's the best answer!

The same phone, only chips are different...
Change your mind. With the same things, Mediatek does it better.
When customers would buy expensive Mediatek's phone, Mediatek will use an expensive GPU...

Please, have a look on CPU results of Snapdragon 410...It under perform by between 15 or 20% : chip released in hurry.
      Geekbench results :
      S410 1.19Ghz : Single 480pts Multi 1430pts (theoricaly pushed to 1.495Ghz it will give 603/1795
      Mt6732 1.495Ghz : Single 730 Multi 2100

      Where are the missing performances?

Even on Vellamo (Qualcomm's benchmark!), Mediatek's mt6732/6752 perform better than S410/615...6732 compete with S410 but get nearly the 615's score on Vellamo Browser (should give everyday's webbrowsing experience)

Athull, 07 Mar 2015That's the best proof as to the fact that it is Power VR 62... moreIn the same list it shows the PowerVR 6200 with 2 clusters and nowhere with 4.. My MX4 uses MT6595 and PowerVR 6200 modified with 4 clusters instead of 2.
Not saying that it can be right though. It's just hard for me to believe that they will use the same GPU they used in a SoC so long ago with just a bit higher frequency.

But, as I said, if this happens, which I don't (want to) believe, it will be a bad move from them.

AnonD-357853, 08 Mar 2015No? Then tell me what's right. Because I simply sum up what... moreSay this to Qualcomm that at the moment they are losing badly in entry lvl and mid-range SoC's, and also started to lose a fair piece of the pie since many companies are looking more and more to MediaTek.
In the past, MediaTek was really a bad expirience but with their latests SoC's, since last year actually with the MT6595, they have done some serious steps in offering equal or better in some cases expirince.
Personally, I use a Meizu MX4 for a few months now and I haven't had any problems with MT6595... even the games with the indeed lower quality PowerVR GPU(than the GPU in SD 805) run smoothly and in some cases better.
Maybe you should try one of their new SoC's and change your mind.

ybs, 06 Mar 2015You know nothing KlimisNo? Then tell me what's right. Because I simply sum up what most people say here. Also we know for a fact what Mediatek is, you can say whatever you want but it still won't change the fact that Mediatek is a mediocre semiconductor with nothing more than cheap entry-level and wannabe-above-mid-range stuff that tend to not be even remotely as good as they promise to be. It's the same story over and over, it's not like you can deny a fact, everybody knows what Mediatek is. They can say that this is their flagship chip but the specs and the everyday performance will not be even near other semiconductor's flagships which kinda defeats even the whole budget point. In other words, Mediatek is a hot mess and should be avoided at all costs. Period.

AnonD-338895, 07 Mar 2015How sure you are that this is going to be the GPU? I reall... moreThat's the best proof as to the fact that it is Power VR 6200. In all the other chips they boast about GPU but jhere they themselves know there's nothing much to boast about it.
                And here's proof http://kyokojap.myweb.hinet.net/gpu_gflops/
Its the list of all GPUs ever tested and MT 6795's Power VR 6200 which is slightly over clocked than regular ones.

How sure you are that this is going to be the GPU?
I really have doubts about it for several reasons but the most important is that in their site they say nothing about PowerVR GPU...
It would make no sense, in my opinion and if it happens it will be a really bad move, especially now that they have done great steps and winning the competition against Qualcomm in entry lvl and mid-range SoC with the MT6732 and MT6752.

The phone you should buy depends on your usage.
                                  1) power user: Play lots of games. Uses web browsing a lot. Tries ask the tricks in a phone(rooting, custom rom). Etc then the best phone is Asus zenfone 5 (501CG)
                                  2) mediocre user: Some casual games, some amount of WhatsApp, Facebook. Light or heavy media usage. If the company name matters then. Nokia 525 (windows phone) or else the micromax turbo.

                                  3) light user: Some WhatsApp. Some calls. Some amount of Facebook. Then Moto e. You can wait for the 2015 version also. (releasing in a few days).

Other notable phones are.Micromax yureka. Asus zenfon 4. Karbonn octane..
You can search on flipkart also.

Ps. My favourite phone is Asus zenfone 5 its simply great!! But buy the 501CG version only..
                                  Cheers
