cliff, 23 Mar 2015isn't sharp aquos started that technology?i think the technology slightly differs from the aquos phones since they are utilising an igzo display which don't require a top end connection for another light power delivery so they can just cut everything down just for the screenpanel

Thomas, 23 Mar 2015I find that thin bezels are a pain with having meaty hands,... morefor me this comment is awful, palm rejection is invent about decade ago and prove that it works is everywhere around internet, you can see even note edge and s6 edge that have side screen can recognize your palm to prevent accidental touch. wake up from your cave dude

It gives you an opportunity to make a nice front design. Imagine if all phones go bezeless, it would be like everyone was using the same phone.

I find that thin bezels are a pain with having meaty hands, you hold it and activate parts of the screen you don't want too by accident via the the base of your thumb or fingers.

smart idea. But why expend effort on trimming the last half millimeter from the already thin side bezels when the typically huge top and bottom bezels are the eye-sores? (I'm looking at you HTC and Sony.)

It just makes the phone more fragile when you accidently drop it on the floor. The bezel on my Ascend P7 doesn't bother me even the slightest...

I thought Sharp did this already with the Sharp Aquos Crystal! That was the first bezelless screen at least 3 sides were bezelless. They did it the same way I thought.
