Saki, 21 Jun 2015I am still using 4.4.4 in n910c plz tell me which one is b... moreI'd install Lollipop, so 5.0.1, find the official 5.0.1 version for whatever country and carrier you are in, flash it via ODIN- you won't be disappointed.
The battery problems have been fixed and personally I'm finding next to no difference compared to 4.4.

                Enjoy!

Check out XDA developers- there are a substantial amount of guides available there to show you how to do this step-by-step.

                Good luck.
                You won't be disappointed.

AnonD-373323, 30 Mar 2015BE true buddy....Note 4 feels so cheap when compared with I... moreReadof iPhone 6 is gaudy cheap mess, lauded because its metal, it looks like a tin plated electical box cover in a computer hub room and those strips! Also those big ugly industrialy looking drilled holes and ha ha screws sticking out, well. Any way the sony is as bland as a stick if liquorice no character just oblong and big big iphonish bezels, and htc poir thing from the back......its a stainless steel pedal bin . If you throw in nokia to the mix which most firms don't attack because they're not a threat to anyone , they have got to be the ugliest gaudiestthing you could even contrive to come up with, it's like a phone, that looks like it's trapped in an ugly gaudy coloured ill fitting case that no one would ever choose to buy, but you can't extract your phone from it, plus the odd benefit you might get from its camera is so out wheighed by the back looking like it has a big black manhole cover attached to it its to embarrassing to be seen holding one evenbif the phones were any good. How any media can have the cheek to torture Samsung over their design choices and let nokia off scott free is beyond reckoning. Now I didn't say Samsung were perfect in any way, but to make them the industry mocking boy, must be a sponsored thing.

Have owned Note 4 since October 14 on O2 UK, still no sign of Lollipop on my phone. Came over from Apple and am very pleased with the phone itself but the am very disappointed with the whole sales model of Samsung.

Kies backup programme is very poor and fails to backup and sync on both my Mac and Windows computers.

My local Samsung outlet still has no accessories for Note 4, still only sells those for Note 3.

My Note 4 will probably have been superseded by Note 5 by the time Lollipop is released for my current phone.

I never had any such problems with any of my iPhones from 3GS to 5. I switched to Note 4 as I considered it a better product than iPhone 6. Samsung need to up their support game considerably if they want to keep new customers. I hope the switch away from replaceable battery Micro SD card on the Samsung S6 is not the start of a trend for Samsung.

I have no allegiance to any manufacturer I purchase the best product for my requirement at the time. Other manufactures should be studying the Apple marketing model to install brand loyalty, improving on the good aspects and ditching the bad.

if we want timely updates Not TO BUY SAMSUNG?What's wrong in expecting when we buy such a costly mobile? We can expect fast software updates.
