This device was the best one I've ever had until the new lollipop OS update. Now, this thing is a piece of junk. Nothing but problems, and Verizon has nothing to say except live with it. Going to iPhone when my contract is up. Adios Android. Good job Google.

Factory reset only works for a few weeks.. Mine is back to crap again... all the issues listed. This is the second phone Verizon has trashed by forcing their updates! Where's the accountability? Where's the class action lawsuit???

tried for 2 weeks to update play store. Noted that NONE of my goggle apps work - gmail, photos, play store etc. No third party items on phone. contacted LG seems my phone is wacked from upgrade..they believe Google is working on a patch that may fix it in about a month. Maybe I can get rid of this phone, something without lollipop

I will abide by the posting rules...This update appears as if it was designed by a group of toddlers, no wonder it is named lollipop. I wish I had heard how useless this is I would never had clicked on update...I've been with Verizon since it was Air Touch, if I thought there was a better company out there I would cancel today!

This update brings:battery troubles cant use for full day with one charge!!!(before this ot was holding mealmost 2 days on battery with single charge),only 2 notifications on ythe lock screen,the photos quality is bad bad,thr phone is getting hot most of the time and i just got viber and few more apps,even facebook i dont install and all this after factory rest!!!To not ment the keyboard,even now making troubles!!!If LG dont fix this situation fast will buy me Iphone or Nexus and never looking back for them. G4 or G5 or G100, slow updates and taking futures back and making your device like piece of trash!

Ever since update, my pictures are ruined. previous pics turned to black and white and new pics are dark and not clear! My battery discharges too fast, Do not like the texting options, etc. Why Verizon, just Why did you not give your customers a warning....You are likely to lose me as a customer!

I just returned my 6 month old LG G2 for a warranty exchange because of this, maybe if everyone does it they will get a clue. My battery wouldn't last half a day and I also hated the menu.
So I just got the replacement and will not update until the 5.1 update is released.

My father and I both have this phone. While we both don't like the little things of the update (Slow downs, aesthetics) we both agreed that the battery life is by far the worst part. He backed up everything and factory reset his and it helped a ton. I'll be trying this later, but until then I am stuck with leaving my phone on the charger for most of the day. LG really screwed up on this one. Don't get the update if you haven't already.

Alarm not working at without serious disadvantages. Vibrate or sound only. I have to listen to the phone vibrate all night as the stupid "no interruption" turns off the alarm.
