Really?I struggled to gt one plus one invites and wen I hv it now its not needed..also the price have risen by 2000..is it because it is available without invite? Will it be again available with invite again?.

The device is now a y... moreBecause of the price they offer their phones for, they can't afford to sell them in the same fashion as the "other major manufacturers". And despite being a year old, it's still a fantastic phone. That, and the fact that we're already starting to see a slowdown in mobile tech advancements. The hardware is has it still more than good enough for 99% of mobile users.

They had a surplus of phones in China (ColorOS version) yet they were overhyping their demand by having people begging for an invite to buy a god damn phone.
For weeks after the launch they were spamming my inbox with invites when I made pretty clear that I would not buy their damn phone, not until they got their act together (yeah, I know I could have made a lot of money selling invites).
Their social media tactics are degrading, they have devalued the product to such extent that whenever I see someone with a OnePlus One the first thing it comes to mind is "sheep", the guy degraded himself to save a few bucks.

In fact, all OnePlus One had in its favor vs Xperia Z2, LG G3 and other flagships of its time was the price... which now is gone, since those old models are much (MUCH) cheaper should you know how to shop around.
You have settled, now your time is gone!

They should of done this in December. The device is now a year old. Hardware has got better already.
If the OnePlus Two has the same invite system than they won't sell so many of them like mainstream manufacturers

No cyanogen mode on one plus one anymore. they switched to oxygen os. For cyanogen only one choice is yu urekha.
