Screen quality is better in Mi Note. Rear facing camera has optical image stabilisation and better than oneplus, dual sim, good build quality (metal and glass), better looking than oneplus. Best audio chip. All other specs are outdated. Battery backup is better in oneplus. NFC is missing.

This upcoming phone's specs are almost identical to last year's OnePlus One. The only diff is it has a slightly larger screen 5.7" compared to 5.5", dual-sim (which not many ppl care abt it), lower front cam res 4mp compared to 5mp, QuickCharge, and a lower battery 3000mAh compared to 3100mAh.
Might as well buy the OnePlus One, and it's only ~RM1200 via Maxis. Mi Note? Gotta wait..

Please see the reviews of Android Authority, Ars Technica, The verge etc. Mi Note's thickness is only 6.8mm. It has 74.4% screen-to-body ratio. Screen quality and camera quality are better than Oneplus One/similar priced devices. Mi Note's size is almost same as that of Oneplus One (Inspite of 5.5' vs 5.7'). It is better looking device.

vy dim display
quite big and thick
top spec one cost around the same as lg g2,one plus one,z2,meizu mx4,find 7a
i would take meizu m1 note for cheaper price anytime
