Since the update my Samsung A3 2016 has not been charging up to 100%. it charges to 86% then will drop to 80% and if I use it while it is still on charge it will charge back up to 86%. please can someone help with this problem as now my phone doesn't even last a day without charging it twice.

Since the Samsung update my phone won't charge properly. The maximum it charges to is 86%! It loses battery quickly too! I lost all my dictionary for text messages also!

Since the latest update I can no longer send emails. The send button has disappeared! I can read them and type one to send but I cannot send it! WTF!!!!!!
Sort it out guys it's ridiculous in this day and age that I can no longer send an email on my phone

I updated the software on a Galaxy A3 yesterday and now "easy mode" does not work any more... this is phone for an elderly person and "easy mode" was the only way they can use it. Of course I have tried taking it off easy mode and then turning it off, then restarting and clicking easy mode again but it just doesn't work. I wish I had never updated the software as the phone is now useless.

since the last android security patch 1 March 2017, android 6.0.1 my A3 does not connect easily on phone calls. Fix it pls!
