my galaxy A5 is still on kitkat, they havent released lollipop for my phone and now android M is coming... thats just crap google

OEM customization is THE most dumbest thing to happen in Android. Google shouldn't allow any changes to the overlays and look. If the OEM wants to add their own apps they can do so through simple device ID checks and other means to prevent proprietary software ending up on rival handsets. Besides porting a camera app made for another sensor with totally different drivers for example would be totally useless to port to another device just to get the different interface.
If this was the way Android started out with there could have been far quicker updates to just about any android phone out there bar some critical lack in HW/SW stack support (Mediatek)
