I actually really enjoy the 5.2" 1080p x 1920p screen. My friends kept comparing my Z3v to their knew Samsung Galaxies and saying Sony phones are made cheap and so on. But I have thoroughly enjoyed this phone so far, far more than my previous galaxy. Not to mention my galaxy was made of plastic. XD

Still I would prefer to see the screen to stay at 4.6 and make the phone a lil bit more compact.

It's not just about the body size, it's also about how you use it one-handed and how easy for the thumb to reach all four corners of the screen. Even if they make it completely 5-inch, it's not one-handed friendly. It has to be compact body-wise and screen-wise.

Gizmodo said the Xperia Z3 Compact was "Android's best kept secret". But Sony didn't release it here in the US. Too bad it's not releasing the Z4 Compact either.

I hope with better camera. Sony's camera is TRAGIC....it's very sad Sony, the camera maker can't make good software for sony's phone.

I hope it will have 32GB's of memory, 16GB is not enough anymore and it's very tragic it's the only option in current international Z3. Gosh, even my 4 years old SGS2 has 16GB. Time for upgrade SONY!!!

- 4.7 inch (HD or FHD - not important) with exactly the same (or smaller) body size (less frames). If impossible, than 4.6 as before, but do not make body larger!!!! Otherwise want to see the body even smaller with thinner frames

only two things make z4 compact series will great, make its body size smaller while screen size stay the same or make its screen bigger while body size stay the same.
oh yeah and still come with flagship spec at least as same as z4 line and usb type c would be a good touch

If you want 1080p then jump up to the normal Z series, we don't need you idiots ruining the Compact line.
