It is very unfortunate that Oppo people are not trying to satisfy the customers who have purchased thier mobiles in India. My Find 7 is still in Color OS v1.2.9i on top of Android V4.3 which is quite old now in all aspects. I have tried to reach Oppo service people and they do not any clue whether we will be getting the latest upgrade. Instead they have recently launched new product line with latest Color OS version. We eagerly waited for upgrade announcement from Oppo. It looks like none is forthcoming.

Is it a mistake to buy Oppo Find 7 in India? Please share your Opinions..

Just pray that Samsung doesn't plan any more "feature" additions for future updates that can eat more RAM or something. THEN you can report back in here.

AnonD-270188, 20 May 2015even touchwiz looks better than thisDon't you even try compare touchwhiz with this. Have you actually used touchwhiz on Samsung Galaxy S6? I have. Touchwhiz on current top end phones are fluid and blazing fast with no lag whatsoever. Plus it is well-known for most it's feature rich style.

No offense to color OS but it is simply nobody in front of other top launcher like SENSE or TOUCHWHIZ or even iOS :P
