If your phone is overheating, try reinstalling the software. This overheating happened to me, but I just reinstalled the software and it overheating was resolved.

Kudos to Sony for not making this Z4. Depending on the price this might be my number one choice handset at this time of year. Z3+ looks better than S6, M9 and G4 which didnt have any significant changes. Go, Sony, GO!

In terms of software the cameras have significant changes. The rear now recognizes 52 scenarios to optimize photo capture; both rear and front get Steady Shot tech to render crisp images despite camera shaking.
With the new Octa-core 810 SD processor, capless USB port that is still waterproof, thinner profile, and 5-MP camera, the Z3+ actually represents significant upgrades. Some have complained, but ZDNET's Kevin Tofel noted: "Strangely, Apple seems to be able to take a prior year's phone model, make a few tweaks and that's OK. When Sony does the same, it's a let down. Go figure."

So, I can't understand how Sony is going "down". And as for battery life, Sony still claims that z3+ will have 2 days battery life. Although we don't know how correct that is, it will surely last much more than s6, g4 or m9. It offers improvements compared to z3.

please just tell us about the camera and its problem with heating during video recording? is there any development and changing in this problem? in Z3 after about 10 minutes of video recording the camera is stopping and it says that the temperature is rising...we should exit the setting ...wait for some time and restarting video recording...

No question about it. The biggest disadvantages to Sony is its pricing and overly repetitive features.

Samsung, back in early 2000, was doing ok but not as good ae Sony; Sony was a beast in marketing and designing back then. I feel that Sony started declining around 2003....however Sony still manages to make good products...

But today, Samsung has been the leader in marketing, and its high tech products are not too bad at all; the quality is there. Samsung also priced their products much more friendly to its customers--and its customer service is not too bad at all.

Every good thing won't last forever, same goes with Sony and Samsung. As some pointed out, Sony is declining at unexpected rate. But what Sony did long time ago is fantastic.....it is just that Sony seems to be struggling in recent years...since like 2008.
