No effect, 29 May 2015I'm from Philippines I've tried this msge on my iPhone 4s b... moreIts global.Not just based on a certain region and also it could just be coincedental you arent affected the carriers from were you are a better when managing incription versus the North american or europian carriers.Internet is slower but service is better.
