LG, please make the G4 Pro with a metal edge like the G3 and white ceramic back like the G4.

IMHO, the G3 is still to this day the most beautiful phone ever made.

The slight screen curve and the white ceramic back are the best aesthetics of the new G4 design.

The G4 is obviously a superior device performance wise, however design wise the chrome plastic and larger device bulk to screen size ratio is a disappointment.

Further the additional bulk of the device is not offset with the oversquare edges on the G4.

LG, this is your chance to make the G4 Pro the new clear winner in the smart phone race that the G2 and G3 were in their time. From design, performance and practicality standpoints. LG, you are the closest company to truly accomplishing this. Round the G4 Pro out w/ optional metal and leather backplates to secure the win!

The Note 4 is quite a bit ahead in most ways and the Note 5 will demolish it.

Anonymous, 12 Jun 2015Why just not eliminate the logo? Logo at the bottom is much... moreFor me LG logo is very bad and the font is too bold. I think its better to remove the pacman logo, just LG. Ya its only my subjective opinion..

the problem with LG n HTC is theyre not willing to lower their price.

samsung is the android King, you cant just match them on specs, must also beat their price.

get Profit by sales volume not perUnit sold.

Graz, 12 Jun 2015LG need to take away that big LG logo below the screen and ... moreWhy just not eliminate the logo? Logo at the bottom is much better than at the top. Design wise G series is spectacular, G4 has a better screen-to-body ratio then S6.

Hopefully all this focus on metal bodies (a rather unimportant feature) will not take away from the other, much more important, specs that need to be nailed on this in order for LG to have a very successful "Pro" phone.

LG looks very naive to me these days. They don't know why the G2 sold so much better than the G3 and G4, when in fact it's so easy to realize:

                                        - Keep a reasonably-sized screen and the smallest bezels possible, in order for the phone to easily fit in a pocket. 5.2" is the absolute upper limit.

                                        - Don't curve the screen in any way because this affects pocketability. The fact that you discovered curved screen technology does not mean you have to use it in devices that don't need it.

                                        - Ensure that the new phone has a bigger battery. LG Chem is there to help, yet LG opted for the same 3000 mAh battery but with more power hungry screen and processor. Make sure you can cram at least a 4000 mAh battery in there.

                                        - Use a good texture for the plastic back of the phone. Out of so many possibilities the G3 and G4 have the worst textures.

                                        - Sell the phone at a decent price, don't increase the price with every generation.

That's about everything LG needs in order to re-create the G2 success.
