tawaz, 02 May 2016l have lg g4 and l have getting many problem on this device... moreMy Lg G4 has so many problems. From battery drainage to screen problems. I bought a new battery and I'm cool with it but my screen wrecked and I replaced it but ever since I experience this problem. When I switch it on the screen suddenly goes off and I press the power button again to keep the screen on but it goes off again and it keeps repeating so I cannot even use the phone. Anyone who can help?

My LG G4 2015 touchscreen stops to recognize me (not responded and locked) after 1 year and 4 months. NO GUARANTEE after 1 years. SO, I have to buy another device and pay $200 fee to FIDO (CANADA) because my 2 years plan will expire in 8 months only. NEVER BUY LG PHONE !!!
I cannot copy-paste all my phones/emails library as well as all my photo and videos gallery, because it’s locked by password and the screen not responding

My LG G4 was dropped in water. It was protected by insurance so I got it fixed. They replaced 80% of the phone with used parts. Since the repair, I'm now faced with phantom scrolling and opening of apps. When I reply to a text message and I'm not touching the phone it starts typing. It randomly opens apps and then overheats. I quite annoyed by this phone now. The insurance company are saying it's a software issue (meh) so I have to take it back to the Telco.

seems lg has a lot of screen issues on all their model. my g3 screen bought last august 2015 just suddenly lost its sensibility this oct. just a few months off against there1 year warranty. what a disappointment and its just now that i know many people i know also encountered this. lg should had made some move on this issues.

I just updated the phone software several days ago and some apps becoming unresponsive but i still can access the notification center and also the home touch buttons. For exampIe I open instagram and scrolling down the feed, but then it suddenly froze and crashed. Some apps are completely unusable, and some are not having any issues. i thinks its the apps compatibility issues with the newest phone software perhaps?

btw LCD screen is working, physical buttons also, just the touch screen is not.

So for you guys the screen is unresponsible for any touch or just sometimes? Because the digitizer for me is just totally dead. As i know i never dropped it or wet, its just dead for no reason and i dnno its a manufacturer issue or not. Its a 2016 febr product. What u guys got? Btw i've just send to a service and im now w8ing for gettin my one back without any issues..

Hi guys!
I've bought an G4 this year april and sadly ive got some touch screen issues.. Some weeks ago i've faced that my touch screen is not working all the time..: eg: when some1 called me the screen was unresponsive etc. 2 Days ago @ night i just charged my phone and next day morning the touch screen is dead. Its not responding to any touch, only the phisycal buttons are working. I've tryed a factory reset, but the same error occurs for me.
Anyone faced this issue?
G4-H815 V1.1, 2016 febr product.

Major run around from Sprint, no one knows what to do or sees to care at all. Finally a Sprint person took off the screen protector and now it works better. I'm so annoyed that i was rude in the store which i almost never do!

This phone has been giving me problems every since I got it! Screen locking up...blacking out, can't answer phone because screen is locked, no sound, and NOW, to top it OFF my google play store has stopped! I can't do anything on this phone! LG want me to ask my service company for a loaner phoneand MAIL this NIGHTMARE back to them for repair! I am goin to the BBB AND the MEDIA with this crap! Very BAD BUSINESS!

I purchased this phone brand new from eBay in February.The other day it froze up, I took the battery out and put it back in. The phone has not started back up since. I contacted LG and they told me the same thing, basically there is nothing I can do since I have no receipt bs.

Not allegedly. This is very real. I am locked out of my phone and cannot open it because the screen will not respond at all. All the help websites say you have to have your phone unlocked to fix it. What good is a phone if I can't even use it? I am so angry about this, I will not recommend this phone to anyone.

bbbbbbshje, 23 Jul 2016Can it help against glitshBefore LgG4 I used an Galaxy S4 and there I had glitch, hence I activated those apps and modifications. On LgG4 I use also smart cleaning preinstalled. As I said before I.m mery pleased about my phone

I own an LgG4 H818N duos since nov 2015, it heats sometimes when I game too much. It has no lag and none of the problems you have post already. Maybe because I deactivated the animations, I installed avast cache cleaner and android assistant with auto boost and cache cleaner settings. I'm very pleased of this phone.
