They're not really getting price cuts. It only looks like they are. You're still paying full price no matter how you look at it. Rebate or contract, the full amount still leaves your pocket.

The rubber seals will give out eventually. If anyone wants some water resistance, they can get the many choices of "waterproof" casings.

            waterproof is gimstrict .when use phone beyond 2-3 month rubber seal will loose and when water leak in phone warranty will end

A Z3 is pretty much ordinary, and does not set itself apart except water-resistance. A Galaxy S6 Active does a better job with a saline certification when it comes to sea water-resistance is concerned.
