The problem with the battery is not that u can't swap it with a fully charged one.A power bank is a good solution for that. Also you usually have 2y warranty,in case there's something wrong with the phone(or battery). The problem is if you drop it and have marks or scratches on your phone,u can loose your warranty.Your phone works just fine, has only visual damage. But in few months your battery dies....The guys from service might say that the warranty does not cover damage caused by your lack of attention and have to pay the repair and battery. And that won't be cheap. But if you have a phone with a user replaceable battery, you buy one at lower price from internet. And you're good to go,no fus....

What are the differeces? Note5 Looks almost like note4, Note3. You people should realize that Samsung is starting to be more greedy just like Apple is, they slowly release the old technology phones to squeeze every penny out out your pocket!, while they already have advance their new technology phones (flexible screen, foldable display screen)
.It is time to reconsider if you still worth to support their high end expensive phones since they put no effort at all interm ofinnovation, improvement. We want to see flexible display screen, with foldable phone which its work like a hybrid "one hand fitable-bodied cellphone and also convertable to a standard 10"tablet". Don't you guys like that, do you?

I can charge the spent battery more efficiently with the battery cradle charger (yeah, you can use the power bank too), if you know what that is. The point of all of this is a changeable battery system gives options like extended battery, and I use my device entirely wireless and free. Much safer too than adding more heat while downloading big files, which you probably don't know.

Hoping the glass back to be "strong" is laughable. All glass break. This is what you get when Samsung listens from the Apple and Sony fans.

Hmm I have always loved the Galaxy note series. For work and play. Here comes the 5. I don't mind losing the external storage as I long figured out that I can use a USB-micro USB adapter that costs $1.50 on amazon or eBay allowing me to connect directly for immediate use. A 128 GB USB stick or my 2 terabyte portable hard drive which is fine go me connect in seconds. The only problem I have is that I have gotten accustomed to having my spare battery that allows me to avoid charging for 3 days at a time as a power user. Problem solved with a battery pack/charger. But who knows what Samsung will want to charge for the 64/128 GB version of the phone as for smooth running apps you want at least 64 gigs as photos and video quickly fill up the phones. I hope the glass backs are strong. As every 3rd iPhone 6 I see has a broken screen. Knock on wood.I have not seen a single galaxy s6 or edge broken. This release line's up with my upgrade so here we go! :)

For years all the entire internet has been is users, trlls, and supposedly professional sites all continually bashing and ridiculing them for cheap, ugly, weak, crappy, toy like phones just because they used plastic.
And always trying to convince everyone that glass and metal or "pretty" phones are the only way a phone can be premium, high quality, or durable.

Samsung are really their own worst enemy. They are the true innovators pushing Oled curved panels in many commercial avenues but they still feel the need to play a copy card in mobiles in order to win sloppy-second girlfriend sales from Apple. Infuriating.

Samsung is making a big mistake and u won't be surprised if I see the company going down like what is happening to blackberry. Yea will all want innovation and something more that should begin from hardware and polish TW interface not glass back cover. What if the phone accidentally fall down? They should aslo know not all like casing.
