I have always been a note series fan starting from the first model. Seeing the fact they
have chosen the NON removabel battery & NO sd cardslot direction the same as the S6/edge I am very dissapointed. It would have been more wise to let the Note series have these IMPORTANT options included. Bye bye samsung....

If it is a 3000 mAh battery only, i will be switching over to Sony. Can't believe what Samsung is doing, it's like they don't want to listen to what customers have to say...

For what is worth - I too am disappointed.
No SD card slot is a loss - no matter how hard you try to pay it down - but having this option is a negative.
Old USB instead of new type C connector - ditto above. Above who thinks otherwise - I don't know what you're talking about.
Smaller battery than the previous model with no option to interchange it? Common! The extra kick in the teeth.
I'm afraid to say folks - what we're witnessing here is the downfall of a great brand & series.
Taking away options, removing practicality, reducing functionality - no matter how much lipstick and mascara you try to dress this in isn't going to fool anyone.
RIP Samsung Note series - I've loved my Note 2 but I can't support a sinking ship any longer :'(

And even then it's not that they would run slow. They would just make each other run slower than their full speed. Which for the UFS would still have probably been faster than normal.
And not all phones alienated the SD slot. In fact Samsung continually updated to keep access to it through almost even the darkest times.
And with Android M you will even be able to install an SD card as internal memory.
So try again?

Powerbanks is the best alternative to a non removable battery smartphone & micro sd cards never gets full access from android and it makes phones slow

They are overly attached to removable battery feature and sd slot feature. Sometimes, you just need to learn to let go. 3000mah battery is enough for me as i think this Note 5 will come with wireless charging. Already have a wireless charging pad lying around my office and at home so no worries there. The sd card slot in the other hand would mean that my old sd card need to be thrown away or maybe i sell it at ebay or something since i won't be needing it anymore. I actually prefer using the wireless external hard drive that i have been using since last years.Not that heavy either.

I love note5 more because samsung have decided to keep non removeable battery which will make it more unibody and tough ..anyways who uses removable battery feature anymore??..lol.

What happned Guys why is everyone so sad abt the note5 , dont forget its samsung only who offered us note2 note3 and note4 and lots of great devices they do a lots of research before starting production of any device they have handsomely paid proffesionals to do there job..i bet note5 wud b a super smartphone of the year 2015 untill note6 in 2016 note 5 is super sexy (metal body premium glass back like iphone and sony flagship phones i still remember how ppl use to bash samsung note series and s series flagships for there plastic construction) its powerfull its superslick ( (bigger and non removable battery wud have made the phone very thick and flimsy chipping and cracking risk ) i know that very very heavy note series users who doesn't have anything else in there life (take it positve or negative) but to use there phone day and night wud not b happy abt the 3000 mah battery but even the new 3000 mah battery may give a longer endurence than the note4 , micro sd card slot wud have been great but i am not ready to compromise on speed and not ready to have not to use my sd card to move big data files this really defeats the purpose of the sd cards atleast for me and i think for 99 % of ppl 64gb or 128 gb wud b more than enough to consume the media on such a small device if at all needed u can use Otg usb feature for data backup or transfer .i guess i have said enough i like the note5 very much and wud go for it without second thoughts..enjoy :)
