Since the last update all the new contacts just disappear. Any solutions ?

I liked my one plus before I updated it. Now it is such a mess. I hate the upgrade and regret taking this phone. His is such a big screw uo by the tech side. Absolutely not acceptable. Well done in converting someone from one plus pro to a hater. This upgrade sucks big time. Never buy a one plus. If you have it do not upgrade it ever. These guys just made it worse.

Since I upgraded my phone with the new update I have had nothing but inconvenience. Can't get my contacts my phone crashes all the time. Can't connect to Bluetooth in my car. Please fix this bug as this is not acceptable.

Extremely nonsensical. This version looks was made in a hurry only for launching a new version. The phone app is worst. Surely the app will move people away from android .

its seriously a very bad update!
5.1.1 android is ruining my time. :@
battery drains very fast.
no app stay open continuously for 10mins. always says unfortunately not responding.
contacts got disappeared.
not allowing to add new contacts also.:(
now itseems like this phone is just a showcase piece .
Please let me know if i can degrade my android version or atleast provide a new version asap which fixes all the above bugs.

Problem: 'unable to call to unsaved numbers'
Solution: There is dial button below digit '0' which is not visible. After entering unsaved phone number from dial pad, try clicking empty space below zero.
Worked for me and hope will work for you too.

ohh boy you are right i have been using this for over 6 months and just bad experinces with thius update...im suing old xperia s wich works better being on jelly bean... sorry but no more one plus it should be called 1-2

remeber last time updated my xperia play to a cyanogen based rom and it was the worst experince u may have....brightness went down for any reason after a reboot...slow...ugly modded icons...sorry but it is better stick with stock based roms from manufactures ....i know that xperia play is old and has no comparasion with this hardware monster but just think about ...it is 2015 and they are still facing issues with basic things wich are not issues related to stock....sorry but thats terrible optimizations and get a phoen with a problem like this is having almosty a phone brick.

How does one change it back...it's one of the worst updates, my phone hangs, messages go late, phone doesn't disconnect after call hangs up, contacts are lost, battery life sucks....

I updated mine, my phone got heated up and switched off and never booted again. Went to service center and loaded CM11s...

Just updated mine. Heat up at first, turn off my phone, wait till it cool down, turn it back on, and everything runs smooth. Response a bit faster, minor bugs here and there, but overall performs better.

Battery is getting drained too fast. It's a terrible update. I will suggest people not to download this update. Dialler is horrible and also mobile is heating a bit.

Dialer is worst thank god I found this zero dialer app on playstore.
Now I can call on an unknown number also without saving it

The battery is not lasting not even for a day and generated the heating issues as well with the recent 5.1.1 update.
