Steve Jobs, 04 Nov 2016Go to the settings and change the camera pixel Camera is 13 Megapixel when used 4:3 aspect ratio.
Works as 10 Megapixel when used 16:9 aspect ratio.
Check in camera settings to change aspect ratio.
16:9 aspect ratio is good for viewing images on Widescreen.

Brought this in May 2016.
Even before completing 1 year it is now dead.
Though overall design is solid, there are two metal sleeves at bottom for speaker which came out loose after a medium impact drop once, had to fix it back using superglue.
Secondly, when using micro SIM (MTNL) calls did not 'dialed' the dialer used to crash often & had to put on Airplane mode & resume back normal mode to make a proper call. Which was really frustrating.
Lastly around 2 days ago phone got dead. Completely OFF without any accident or error previously. Not even charging. Since battery is non removable I am unable to do anything to this 'Bricked' phone.
Decided to get Moto instead.
On Positive side.
Phone worked as smooth function, no lag, camera also good. Front camera was also good.
Basically phone is good in function as long as it is ON properly. :)
P.S. If you want to experiment with different brand then only get this phone & be ready to switch within an Year. No update made available to this phone after Lollipop version.

OBI worldphone found to be one of the reasonable mobile for the budgeted people, as the company was founded by former CEO of Apple & pepsi Mr. John Sculley & designed by Robert Brunner founder of Ammunition Design Group,(designer of major mobiles). which attracted me to know about the mobile.
As the mobile nor the company is not from India, but had good pulse of common people as the design & configuration of the mobile made simple and attractive which attracts the users to know about the product.
As there are good reviews on OBI world phone.

I have been using this phone for almost a year. Sturdy and good looking phone, laggy software, not outstanding but decent camera, gorilla 4 glass is too good, dolby sound is also great, viewing angles are good. But all these things are negated by one major drawback. The company said it will not provide updates for this phone. So it is up to you guys now.

I have purchased obi sf1 (32gb) .
its been 40days i have been using.
its a good fone to buy.
But it has sum goods & bads.
Good...Looks,display,camera,sound,call quality,quick charge..
Bad... no assoseries like back cover or screen guard availiable anywhere.
U get only 22gb free space out of 32gb.. thats very damm bad..(.other fones give atleast 27gb free out of 32gb) but here we get only 22gb availiable to use..
The camera is great but only for normal pics like clicking pics of frnds on picnic etc..
But if u click far away pics like if u go on 3rd floor & click pics of the road,,its lot of shady there..
Its up to u guys.
I liked this fone bcoz i feel 22gb is enough for me coz i can ad sd card also.
&
i am not a fotographer..i dont need to click pics of far away places.

The fone is good but 3issues..
Out of 32gb we get only 22gb free memory.
In other fones we get atleast 27gb internal free space.
Here we get only 22gb free internal out of 32gb.
We dont get any assoseries like back cover or flip cover.
No assoseries availiable anywhere.
The camera of fone is superb but only for macro.
If u click pics nearby place pics then its great.
If u go on 3rd floor & click pics towards the road.
There is lot of issue.
But nearby pics are crystal clear.
Much more clear than other costly fones

I've got the sf1, and it's a nice phone... been using it for a while... It however does not have accessories readily available in Nigeria.

Hi Everyone,
I see comments since January 2016 and want to hope that reviews of the phone, positive and negative alike, would have changed since then.
I'm looking to buy this phone in Nigeria now, and although I've seen the 16GB specs, I want the 32GB/3GB for space and speed respectively.
Any more encouragement from recent reviews please?

I have recently purchased obi sf1, from past few days it is not connecting to WiFi or Internet, although it shows the network status as connected, but unable to send/receive messages on whats app, Facebook, etc
