Very nice. Just tooooo big. Good for some but I think a good sweet spot for many is 4.7 - 5 in a body no more than 130mm - 140mm. Hope for A9 but it already looks like the body itself will be too big.

another e9 device?! What are they doing? Can't they focus on their current phones for now and throw some software updates here and there?

HTC phone model is quite nice though I never own one. Their mistake is the overpriced phones compared to Korean and Japanese brands.
If HTC sells their phone like 25% lower than its current prices, I think it will find its market share. It shouldn't force selling phones at current prices when it's proven unsuccessful these few years.

Desire 826 is better.
Same 5.5" but 1080p. Qualcomm Sd 615 for those who dislike MTK chipset.

At 20k and with 5.5'' screen, htc is still giving 720p screen.

HTC . it wouldnt earn any spec lover admire as me. always small battery , big body size but remain 5" LCD .camera is so good ,sound is good but we wouldn't pay for it becoz other give a higher spec in paper .
if HTC going to come out the Honor 6 plus copy but increase the battery to 5000mah , & sell in mid range price ,RM900 - RM1000 . i will happy go for this Luxury brand.

Though it's miles ahead of TouchWiz by Samsung, but I'm all for purer android experience. And I have no foreseeable need for a new phone as my LG G2 D802 is superior/on par to it in every aspect, besides camera ( +don't care for SD card availability and have no need for larger screen).
But I hope it will find its intended buyers!

There isn't any company out there who has certain peculiarities about them or made the occasional mistake. I am going for HTC on the next round with the A9. Its a break for the M and E and I like the look of the apple so ill get best of both. They could now do with less models per year. Direction has changed, ill give them a chance in part because their overall build of handsets is high-quality but focus now and stop churning out models.

Bottom Line After the One M8, HTC is not able to give a single good phone in whole year and don't forget the camera I guess they still need years to fix their software part for camera .
GSMA is not demotivating HTC but they are telling the Harsh Truth.
Feels sad about the best looking phone cannot give the best performance to the competition.
