Starbucks to start accepting Apple Pay this year; Chili's and KFC to hop on in 2016

Coffee chain Starbucks will start accepting Apple's mobile payments service this year, while Chili's and KFC will hop on the Apple Pay bandwagon next year. This was announced by the company's Vice President Jennifer Bailey at the Re/code technology conference yesterday.

      Samsung Pay wasn't hacked. LoopPay, a Samsung subsidiary on a physically separate network was the target of hackers who were after the company's highly sought after Magnetic Secure Transmission (MST) technology. The LoopPay corporate network issue was resolved immediately and had nothing to do with Samsung Pay. http://goo.gl/oPcJKm

      Good luck using Apple Pay at retailers that don't have NFC technology, which number into the tens of thousands!
