If a company like Uber delivers bad service it will go down the gutter sooner than later.
At least they are actively removing bad drivers from their list with their ratings system.

Or would you rather have a service that is maintained by only a single company (monopoly!)? Such a company would bring you crappy service for jacked up prices!
